Architectural Services
Concept – Starting a design from a blank canvas is often the most exciting period of a project. We can develop your idea into a proposal heading towards the planning stage.
Planning – We can develop your home, business or civic building into orthographic drawings and a robust document suitable for planning consent.
Building Regulations – Usually, before a building can go to site it will require building regulations approval. We can develop the drawings and information required to put your building forward for building regulations approval.
Working Details – Once planning and building regulations approval have been met we can then offer further drawing details for the construction of your proposal. This would help the project manager and building understand the material and construction technique required when developing the site.
The 3D Package
We can offer your project a 3D visual and fly-through of your proposal. This techniqueallows you to legibly see and understand your design. These visual techniques are ideal for marketing a proposal or developing a relationship with the local community when putting your design forward for planning consent.
Mentoring
We offer tutorials and lectures for University’s specialising in ecological sustainability through Architecture.
Courses
We offer adult education courses in a variety of construction techniques. These induction courses allow you to create large projects at Hill Holt Wood using methods such as wattle and daub,straw bale, reciprocal frame roofing, log cabin construction and many more.

I’m in the very early stages of planning a Woodland Croft project that will also have a Social Enterprise business at the heart of it, operating out of the woodland we choose as our home up in Scotland.I’m interested in organising a site visit, to see your amazing project first hand,and I’m also interested in your short courses, as we will likely be using round pole and straw bale building,(and my partner’s mad for reciprocal roofs.)
